Welcome to our webpage. My name is Peter Simonsson and I founded EX3P back in 2007. I had, after eight years, just left the position as CEO for the Swedish IT and telecommunications chain Dialect. Dialect had at that time became a chain united under one brand and engaged 650 employees in more than 100 retail stores.

I started this company simply because I wanted to use the experience I have gained throughout my career in a meaningful way. We want to help companies develop in the best possible direction. The name EX3P originates from a education trip to Disneyland and a workshop with one of the persons acting as Donald Duck, but that's another story... Thanks for visiting/ Peter
